    The Dream for All Program is designed for first-generation homebuyers 

    The program’s purpose is to help close the generational wealth gap in homeownership. Homeownership is one of the primary ways families build and transfer wealth over time.

     

    What happens if you don't qualify? 

    If you do not qualify for the Dream for All Program there are more programs that you may qualify for.  For instance: 

    • CalHFA MyHome Assistance Program
    • CalHFA ZIP (Zero Interest Program)
    • GSFA Platinum Program (Golden State Finance Authority)
    • GSFA Golden Opportunities Program
    • San Diego First-Time Homebuyer Assistance (City of San Diego)

    • San Diego H.O.P.E. Grant
